Hey, Ive already bought this game but for some reason cannot redownload the game, anyone able to help with that?

I downloaded the new update but its still saying that Val cant be progressed past lvl 2, do I have to start fresh to get the update?

If you go west and to the warehouse where all the generators are in the water and theres a fishing spot inside, one of the light posts is off and that is where the fuse is

I have the game in easy mode with cheats on, but I cant get the unlimited ammo cheat to work for me, am I doing something wrong?

So I am playing in Easy with Cheats on because Id much rather experience the story and the fun, but the Unlimited Ammo cheat seems to not work at all for me? Am I doing it wrong? Please advise
